TomCat^TM TC-18 is an RCA chassis socket that incorporates compression for both the signal (+ve ) and return (-).

The Return is machined from solid Pure Copper Billet C10100 being >99.99% Pure Copper ( 101.3% + IACS ) and

then Electroplated with 11+ microns of Pure Silver.

The Signal capsule is also machined from Pure Copper C10100. The Signal capsule is also electroplated with 11+

microns Pure Silver.

The TomCat^TM TC18R10 is the only RCA chassis socket incorporating Pure Copper for both Signal and Return

and compression screws to firm appliance wires in place.

Utilising Pure Copper of very high electrical conductivity, assists in efficient transmission

of electrical signal and the information carried therein.

The result is a more relaxed listening experience with greater detail and

 superb holographic imaging not possible by utilising lesser metals.

The TomCat^TM TC18 is now in its 10 design revision and is at its absolute best.

The TomCatTM TC18 utilises M4 set screws to grasp and lock both signal wires and return wires in place; Consequent to

utilising compression fasteners to hold the respective wires inplace ensures better and more efficient signal transmission.

TC-18 TomCat^TM  can be spaced at a minimum of 19mm centers though 25mm centers is recommended.

Note 1
Ensure that your audio appliance has been switched off and that the power lead has been removed from the mains socket and if it can be removed from the audio appliance then do so ( where it is a push-fit chord ).
Select the location for the cutting of the mounting hole. Ensure that you have the correct mounting hole kit.
Make sure also that there is enough room inside the appliance for the respective polarity cylinders in TomCat^TM to be easily accessible for the insertion of the respective wires.
After cutting your 14 mm holes insert your TC-18 TomCat^TM  with the 'RCA' nose pointing outwards and the isolation insulators installed.
Tighten TomCat^TM  into place with the locking nuts supplied and then insert the internal wires.
With both locking nuts TomCat^TM  will install across an interface thickness of 2.8mm // with one single locking nut TomCat^TM will install across an interface thickness of 4mm maximum
