A client order invoice should be included along with a company order number and full delivery preferences listed clearly and unambiguously as well as the order content fully itemized clearly and unambiguously with every order placed.
This can be transmitted in *.doc or *.wpd or *.txt formats by email or faxed.

The only  manner for Payment across international boundaries these days is by Telegraphic Transfer. When organizing payment please present the above details to your Bank Manager and ask that the appropriate sum be forwarded to the above account. International bank drafts are not acceptable as Australian banks take up to 8 weeks to clear the funds. This will delay production for the period of time that it takes for the draft to clear.
 

I do not accept credit cards.

Payment within Australia can be done with  personal, company or bank checque.

Any orders that are cancelled will incur a penalty equivalent to costs incurred up to the date of order cancellation. A cancellation fee of 20% of the order value will also be deducted to cover administrative costs. The balance will then be refunded

Product once accepted for delivery cannot be returned for credit³ .
